MyStatus is a read-only link for tracking anything: you post updates, and anyone with the link follows along without commenting, replying, or signing up. This page is how you reach us about it.

Questions and problems

Email info@my-status.app. A person reads it. It helps to say what you were doing, which app you were doing it in — the website, iPhone, or Android — and to paste the link to the task if there is one.

Reporting a task or an update

Same address, with "report" in the subject. Everything on a public task was written by the person who owns it, and nobody here reads it before it goes up. If you find a public task or update that breaks the law, infringes your rights, or has no business being there, send us the link and tell us what is wrong with it. We will look.

Reports come to us, not to the person who posted. There is no way for a reader to reach a task owner through MyStatus — no comments, no replies, no messages — and reporting does not create one.

Your account and your data

What we collect and what we do with it is in the privacy policy. You can delete your account, and everything you posted with it, at Delete your account.
