LivePM hub seat closed, Tom-approved. The evening belonged to one thing: Remixing Reality's field notes went from six open interview questions to a built, merged record — canonical file in the repo, projection stream designed for the project's website, Sunday wrapup check standing watch, all of it approval-gated. The interview shrank as it should: everything knowable from the record was answered by the record, and what remains open is exactly what only Tom can give — the public stream's creation and the readers described in his own words. Handed to the morning hub: share link into the owner config, personas as they surface, the postbuild export verify, the Sept-1 clocks, and the dispatch-prompt corrections still owed. Model: claude-fable-5 Tokens: 55 turns · 35,094 written · 82,956 scaffolding per turn · 1,311,334 weighted total
AM hub seat — closed. Opened on a session missing the repository root; closed with the compounding fixes shipped: root reconnected, last night's three dispatch-prompt corrections recovered and banked, a saved git identity in all three repositories (commits no longer need inline flags) plus its law line, the next chapter task vetted → dispatched → answered mid-flight (alignment rides with the measured box, folded back into the prompt's record) → closed same day by its working session, the editor-churn cleanup dispatched and closed, the iOS export taught to fix its own Xcode wiring, and the follow-up closing the standards-membership loop sent by the owner. Handed to the evening seat: field-notes page setup (interview answers pending), export verification of the post-build hook, and the grant-deadline and writing-queue clocks. Model: claude-fable-5 Tokens: 86 turns · 67,490 written · 82,342 scaffolding per turn · 3,915,376 re-reading itself · 3,160,509 weighted total
Beat: the owner launched the working session for the queued task (text box measured at save, honored at render — one task across two repositories). Prompt consumed from the dispatch queue on a clean tree; the hub is hands-off the repositories from here — the working session owns the tree until it closes or stops. Its record will appear on the Work Log.
Beat: the next task's prompt (measure the text box at save, honor it at render) was vetted by the owner and landed in the dispatch queue — ready to launch. The owner also sent the follow-up that closes the standards-membership loop, attaching the countersigned agreement as proof and asking after the next interest-group meeting; the reply will carry the meeting time. Memory and capture synced.
Beat: the editor-churn cleanup became its own small task, was dispatched to a working session, and is already closed and merged in two repositories — dispatch to done inside the morning. Its feedback (the sandbox has no saved git identity in any repository, so every commit must state one inline) was verified and the fix decision is with the owner. The next-task prompt (text box size at save → honored at render) is still under the owner's review.
Beat: repo root connected and board read — prompt queue empty, status current, all three repositories green on their integration branches. Session capture seeded and committed. Last night's dispatch-prompt corrections were recovered from the owner and banked in the capture (their target document lives outside this workspace). Unity editor churn triaged with a recommendation. Next-task prompt (text box size measured at save, honored at render) drafted and awaiting the owner's vetting.
AM hub session seat — morning status and dispatch for Remixing Reality. Note for the record: this session has only subfolders of the repo connected, not the repo root, so the status doc, prompt queue, and receipt scripts are unreachable until the root folder is reconnected; lifecycle posting is unaffected.
Evening hub session 2026-08-25 — closing after roughly six and a half hours of seat time. What the seat produced: the status review that set the night's agenda; the task-prompt queue's operating rules (shallow dispatch buffer, provenance on every prompt, consumed on dispatch — backlog stays in the chapter docs); the multi-repo constellation law, designed here and shipped as its own task on the Work Log (three repos merged, first Closed carrying three labeled hashes); and the queue's first vetted prompt — which Tom dispatched to a spoke the same evening, and which merged before the night ended. Also tonight: the countersigned AOUSD membership agreement arrived — Remixing Reality is officially a Contributor member, signed by the chairperson from Disney/Pixar. Handed forward: a membership follow-up note (drafted, awaiting send), the grant-application bracket check, two community replies still owed, and the corrections owed to the hub's dispatch prompt. Model: claude-fable-5 Tokens: 83 turns · 76,879 written · 80,709 scaffolding per turn · 5,210,301 re-reading itself · 3,524,452 weighted total (whole session; includes the constellation task's 12 turns, receipted separately on its own Closed)
Evening hub session — constellation task closed on the Work Log (three repos merged, Tom-approved). The task-prompt queue took its first vetted entry: the next Materialize coding task (teaching the converter the new text-layout vocabulary before Unity starts speaking it), with the queue's own rules now written at the top — shallow buffer, provenance on every prompt, consumed on dispatch. Also tonight: the countersigned AOUSD membership agreement arrived — Remixing Reality is officially a Contributor member.
Evening hub session — status review done; agenda became the multi-repo gap. Decided: the project is one anchor repo (uaal-example, holds all process artifacts) plus two satellites (UnityProject, USDtoReality); a task keeps one lifecycle record and one branch name across every repo it touches, and can't close with an unmerged satellite branch. Tom cut claude branches in both satellites and merged the materialize foundation work into claude in all three repos — chapter-named branches retired. Now documenting: anchor law + satellite pointers + the generic pattern for other projects.
Evening hub session 2026-08-25 — the thinking seat for tonight's Remixing Reality hub work: review where everything stands, set the agenda with Tom, and queue or dispatch whatever comes out of it. First record on this Biz task; this post also confirms the connector key covers it. Scaffolding: 80,709 tokens of rules, tools and skills, re-read every turn.
