Decided: the project is one anchor repo (uaal-example, holds all process artifacts) plus two satellites (UnityProject, USDtoReality); a task keeps one lifecycle record and one branch name across every repo it touches, and can't close with an unmerged satellite branch. Tom cut claude branches in both satellites and merged the materialize foundation work into claude in all three repos — chapter-named branches retired.
